RIB Pioneer's cruise guide
◆How to reserve
We accept telephone（+81 090-7321-3956） and Online Reservations.
＊Online reservations cut off time are different depending on which cruise plan you choose. The details are described in the RIB cruise guide.
And we also have ready charter plans, please feel free to contact us!
◆Cruising procedure on the day
Please come to RIB Pioneer’s “Rental Boat floating pier” in Yasumiya area.
＊The reception is at the same place as the boarding wharf.
＊Please complete pre-boarding procedures at the reception at least 15 minutes prior to departure.

We will explain some safety procedure, and then help you wear a life jacket, which is required for your safety.
＊Our life jackets go through the strict safety inspection from Japanese MLIT, which is the automatic inflatable type.

Then we will cruise in Lake Towada national park!
◆Participation age requirement
The recommended age to cruise is from 0 to 88 years old.
◆What is included in the cruise price?
Boarding fare, the automatic inflatable life jacket, insurance (PB insurance and accident insurance)
◆Clothes on the day
Any clothes and shoes are OK!
However we recommend putting on a raincoat on a rainy day.
(Poncho, raincoat and bench coat are available free of use if you do not have, please feel free to ask us!)
◆Belongings
・Jacket (we recommend that you wear something warm because it gets cold on the lake)
・Rain gear (we can lend you a raincoat and poncho for free but we recommend that you bring rainwear if you have any)
・When it rains on the day, we will present you with a towel which is one of specially designed products.
◆Miscellaneous
・After a confirmed reservation, it could be cancelled for security reasons if there is stormy weather and strong wind.
・Minimum number of passengers is 2 people.
・Following the Seamen law and regulations in Japan, you are please asked to follow the instructions from the captain at each and every instance.
・Please understand that there are some cases which you cannot encounter animals, because wild animals are not feeding at all.
◆Insurance
We have PB insurance on RIB boats.
This PB insurance will compensate accidents caused by our customers’ negligence or our negligence on boat.
And we also have accident insurance, which will compensate accidents on the floating pier.
◆Payment methods
Please make the payment on the day by cash or credit cards.
We accept all major credit cards : VISA，MasterCard(R)，JCB，American Express，Diners Club，Discover，UnionPay
◆Cancellation Policy
The day before : no charge
On the day : 50% of cruising price
If the cancellation is not announced or in case of no show, we will charge you 100% of the price.
＊Please contact us until 6 pm on the day before, in case of changing the reservation or cancellation.
＊No cancellation for rain. But if it rains on the day, you can cancel the cruising tour at your request. There will be no charge for the cancellation.
